have just returned from my Weight Watchers meeting feeling great and motivated! I have lost 1.8kg this week. No exercise at all this week, just made sure I stayed within my points. I really wanted to get back to basics and get the food right again before trying to do it all. this week my goal is to walk to school at least 3 times. (that's about a 40min round trip) and my weight loss goal for next week is to lose at least 900grams - that will put me at 20kg total lost :)
Off to have a new hair colour put through today - feeling a bit frumpy mummy in the hair dept and was going to get it cut short again but as I seem to be losing my hair (male pattern baldness) I think I'm going to keep it longer for now and just have it jazzed up with colour.
